In 'Naruto - Shippuden: The Movie 3 - Will of Fire' (2009), Hiruko (Soichiro Hoshi) is a ninja with special skills who has stolen the Kekkei Genkai from four of the five Great Shinobi Nations. As they set out to get to the bottom of the mystery the trio will be forced to do battle with powerful monsters and to look within themselves for powers they may not have believed they possessed. When Kusuna takes over the dark chakra snake injection, the method is depicted as actual snakes entering the back of the subject's neck. The first is Yomi summoning the chakra snakes from the ground as long, glowing tubes and injecting them into the back of the necks of his men. Much like Gitai, Setsuna has a habit of showing off his dark chakra powers by over compensating in the most moderate of situations, such as unleashing tornadoes and thunderstorms at his enemies. Gitai, the muscle of the group, is shown to be the most addicted to the enhancing properties of the dark chakra snakes, going as far as to drink the stuff directly in a desperate attempt to beat Rock Lee. ![]() In addition to leading his fellow ninjas in their assassination attempt of Shion, Kusuna is responsible for refueling them with the dark chakra snakes. He not only shares traits of a medical-nin like Yomi but also his sadistic nature as well. In absence of Yomi's leadership, Kusuna is second-in-command for the Gang of Four. All four members wear a certain trigram on their uniform that represents a specific elemental power: Setsuna's is lightning, Shizuku's has water, Kusuna's rocks wind, and lastly, Gitai possesses fire. The Gang of Four consists of, well, four terrifying individuals: Setsuna, Shizuku, Kusuna, and Gitai. However, she appears to have a fox tail, not a cat tail, so this could simply be a mistake made while dubbing the show into English. Is Koto a fox demon or a cat demon? In one episode, Koto referred to her ears as "cat ears", leading us to believe that she is a cat demon. Koto also comes back later and is announcer for the Makai Tournament. She is almost always really cheerful, and apparently loves seeing torture and pain. She also defended Kurama during his fight with Bakken, which may or may not have played a part. The Tournament committee said she counted too slow, and she said that she was supposed to, so they replaced her. Assumably this was done because she disagreed with the double fault decision in the previous round between Yusuke Urameshi and Jin Kaze Tsukai the Windmaster. For the latter part of the tournament, she is replaced as referee and becomes an announcer in her very own booth. It's basically natural prot against mundane weapons.Īs MA Ermor I'd probably go with Awake or Dormant pretender with Stygian Skin and some other defensive blesses (cold aura is a good one, +HP, Swiftness, Blood Surge, of course +MR is still needed). Incidentally, I've been using Stygian Skin recently and it's pretty great with the changes since it now stacks with armor. You'll be a bit on the back foot for the first three years, and will need to empower your starting mage to get better summons, but your sacreds will be very nasty even before Reforming Flesh comes online. ![]() and if you're using Dusk Elders as your research monkeys rather than Spectators, you only get half the penalty.Īs an example, if you take -3 on all scales but Luck, you could do something like an imprisoned Statue of the Underworld with Reforming Flesh, +8 Undying, Blood Surge, +2 MR, +3 HP, +2 Att, +2 Def, +2 Str, +30% Swiftness. An extra 200 or even 240 points worth of blessing can make a dramatic difference, as can the additional MR. The AI is not nearly so clever in those late-game strategies, and you can afford to be patient with your research. Originally posted by Nombrilist:Again: we're talking about going up against the AI, not humans. Unfortunately in the late game there are many ways of destroying or even controlling undead so blessed troops can't be relied on as a universal solution, even the tough Lictors, you need magical and spell diversity. Drain scales are a big no no for me, unless you can show a really stupidly good bless. If you take Magic 3 scales these mages have 12 RP and 20 RP respectively which works. The basic research monkey is the Spectator which has 9 RP at 12 D gems or the Dusk Elder 17 RP for 20 D gems. Instead you have to develop a unique gem driven economy that relies on freespawn to put a continuous pressure on your enemies but it won't win on its own, you need research, magical diversity and lots of gems to win against your living opponents that have all that lovely gold that you can use so much better than them ) Research and site searching for gems are what determine long term success, you need both and super powerful blesses won't give you either in the long term. ![]() Those considerations are what shape MA Ermor for me. The freespawn from a fort (including the essential KotHS) is much better than the trash you get in unforted provinces. You can afford to buy a few indy mages for gold but maintenance eats into your ability to build the forts and temples needed to expand your military. The lack of gold means you have to rely on using D gems for your mages and A and F gems for the boosters. Ermor has a major problem with research early on and then throughout the game as well. There are many ways to play Ermor and that is a good thing, but I'd never take drain scales as that crashes research. They can also bless and buff a few sacred troops on hold and attack making cost effective raiders later in the game, otherwise you need an archbishop for big battles when using sacreds. Having her dormant is no big deal for Ermor as you simply research up to Const 4 and forge a skull staff to cast D3 spells.ĭuring expansion build temples to get more D gems before building forts on them and recruit a few indy priests as they can raise armoured souless after a battle (for extra troops) and carry 15 undead troops. The enchantress is a superb site searcher, forger and useful researcher (55 points) plus she gives a free pearl each turn. I just used a simple combat based rainbow bless, with attk +2 Swiftness, Def +3, magic weapons, Str +4, HP +3, Undying 6 which makes the KotHS insanely strong and tough, plus they recover all damage after a combat even if they were taken into the undying zone. Turmoil 3, Luck 3 is a strong combo for MA Ermor giving bonus gold and gems frequently and sometimes useful indy mages. She can give you the scales you want and dominion 8 which is perfect for getting your dominion spread quickly in your core area where you will build your forts. ![]() I'd go with a dormant great enchantress with rainbow bless, 3 in all magic paths and 4 in S. ![]() ![]() ![]() Surfshark's solution is tidy and far easier to use than competitors. Surfshark VPN's subscription costs $12.95 per month, compared with an average of $9.80 per month among services we've tested. Anyone considering Surfshark VPN but daunted by the price should also look at Proton VPN and Mullvad VPN, which are both less expensive. The company is good at justifying that cost, however, with unlimited device connections, an improving and expanding product, and excellent apps. In a crowded field, Surfshark VPN continues to impress, making it an Editors' Choice winner. By 1912, high stocks of condensed milk led to a drop in price and many condenseries went out of business. In 1911, Nestlé constructed the world's largest condensed milk plant in Dennington, Victoria, Australia. The condensed milk market developed into a bubble, with too many manufacturers chasing too little demand. Stuart opened the first Pacific Coast Condensed Milk Company (later known as the Carnation Milk Products Company) plant in Kent, Washington. The first Canadian condensery was built at Truro, Nova Scotia, in 1871. Soldiers returning home from the war soon spread the word, and by the late 1860s condensed milk was a major product. This was an extraordinary field ration for the nineteenth century: a typical 10-oz (300-ml) can contained 1,300 calories (5440 kJ), 1 oz (28 g) each of protein and fat, and more than 7 oz (200 g) of carbohydrate. government ordered huge amounts of condensed milk as a field ration for Union soldiers during the war. More than 200 dairy farmers supplied 20,000 US gallons (17,000 imperial gallons 76,000 litres) of milk daily to the Brewster plant as demand increased driven by the American Civil War. This was the largest and most advanced milk factory of its day and was Borden's first commercially successful plant. In 1864, Gail Borden's New York Condensed Milk Company constructed the New York Milk Condensery in Brewster, New York. By 1858, Borden's milk, sold as Eagle Brand, had gained a reputation for purity, durability and economy. Probably of equal importance for the future of milk production were Borden's requirements (the "Dairyman's Ten Commandments") for farmers who wanted to sell him raw milk: they were required to wash the cows' udders before milking, keep barns swept clean, and scald and dry their strainers morning and night. Even then his first two factories failed and only the third, built with new partner Jeremiah Milbank in Wassaic, New York, produced a usable milk derivative that was long-lasting and needed no refrigeration. With less than a year of schooling and following a series of failures, both of his own and of others, Borden was inspired by the vacuum pan he had seen being used by Shakers to condense fruit juice and managed to reduce milk without scorching or curdling it. While returning from a trip to England in 1851, Borden was devastated by the deaths of several children, apparently from poor milk obtained from shipboard cows. Before this development, milk could be kept fresh for only a short while and was available only in the immediate vicinity of a lactating cow. Nicolas Appert condensed milk in France in 1820, and Gail Borden Jr., in the United States in 1853, in reaction to difficulties in storing milk for more than a few hours. However, this probably refers to the soft Tatar curd ( katyk), which can be made into a drink ( ayran) by diluting it, and therefore refers to fermented, not fresh, milk concentrate. Marco Polo reported that ten pounds (4.5 kg) of milk paste was carried by each man, who would subsequently mix the product with water. Evaporated milk is known in some countries as unsweetened condensed milk. Ī related product is evaporated milk, which has undergone a lengthier preservation process because it is not sweetened.
